  Item arrived pretty banged up. Contacted seller but they never offered any kind of help. Now completely ghosted me - stopped responding to any message I send. Like, really? Is it my fault it wasn't adequately packaged? Could've offered a partial refund or something, at the very least. Little things like that help getting repeat buyers. Package gets damaged (possibly post office's doing, possibly not), you offer some gesture, customer is more prone to buy from you again. It's not rocket science.
