Excellent communication (we had an issue with FedEx Ground, in that they delivered the item to an unknown address; Seller was very responsive and helpful; item was later delivered by the person who received it in error). Though there were moments of concern and frustration, the transaction overall was quite positive.

  Seller listed item as 120 pills in description when I bought. Post sale they contacted me to let me know that it was 60 capsules, as per photo, not 120, as per written description. The problem had been that there was some sort of banner or logo across the bottom of the box in the original listing so I could not see this. The seller asked if I preferred to receive the 60 capsules at the same price or to simply cancel the sale and receive a refund. I advised them that a refund was fine. All good
