  I had a problem with shipping. It had nothing to do with the Seller. They were so kind and completely understood my frustration. I was very angry with FedX delivering my purchases to the wrong address several times. The seller took care of everything immediately and sent my purchase out again and it arrived the next day. I would not hesitate to order from them again. They went above and beyond to help and make things right for their customer!

  Had issues with seller’s communications. Said it had been mailed, should have been here by Christmas, it wasn’t. Seller provided a FedEx tracking number, however, it wasn’t my package. Seller said I would definitely receive it that day, but when asked for a tracking number, he wouldn’t provide one. I finally did receive item, in an Amazon package!!! Looking at Amazon, it was cheaper through Amazon, we should have saved the money and ordered via Amazon. Lesson learned.

  Our orders are including shipping cost, when you order via Amazon there is shipping cost are being added to your order. In regards of Amazon Package - we will make sure that our shipping team taking a really good care of the type of packaging/boxes that they are re-using for shipping and not to include any other companies.

  Unit is exactly what I needed. Delivery was a headache but it falls 100% on USPS. Seller was very accessible and helpful working out the logistics with USPS. They gave me the assurance my investment was safe. Will definitely buy from them again!

  The first delivery was sent to the wrong address. Contacted seller and they corrected the shipping mistake, had another pair of Garmin watch charger cables delivered ASAP. Just plugged the watch in and it appears to be charging. A+ for seller being professional and getting issue resolved promptly.

  Item exactly as described. There was some confusion over the tracking number. The tracking number with my ebay order was delivered to another address. When I checked with Fedex the name and address associated with that tracking number were not mine. However, another package with the item did arrive at my address a couple of days later. Thanks
