I ordered two power supplies, they both arrived appearing new, unscathed and in good condition. After a few days of operating time, one of the power supplies stopped working. I believe the cause was a factory error, it is not the seller's fault. The good that came from this, is that I experienced the seller is excellent at communication and they refunded the broken supply swiftly. Highly trusted, safe seller. A+
