  My first time ordering off eBay completely, so I was a little on the edge because of the review took about 2 days for them to reply and send a message to confirm my address. So in total it took about 5 days to arrive upon purchases(pretty fast). I don't know about those negative review but laptop is everything it stated in description. Practically brand new for a cheaper deal! Every pleased with this seller/shop! Theres a small dent like describe but everything is perfect.y

  Overall a very positive purchase experience with this store! It took longer than expected to ship, but the seller explained that it was down to a UPS dispatch cutoff right before a weekend, which is totally understandable. The laptop arrived extremely well-packaged with original boxes and literature. I genuinely can't tell that it was ever used.
