It was wrapped up in a plastic bag inside a plastic shipping bag with no protection. I get it was used. Zephyr could have shown the damaged lens for a little more transparentsy on what they were selling. Please send a new fire lens to replace the damaged one. Now I guess we'll see if they will make it right.
