  Fantastic seller and joystick! I recently bought a Neo Geo AES and it came with the "CD" style gamepad, but I really wanted a beefy arcade-style joystick. This seller packed and shipped the joystick quickly, but when it arrived I found that it didn't work properly (it wouldn't register "up" most of the time). I let the seller know and they promptly sent me a new one which works perfectly. Couldn't have asked for a better resolution to this situation!

  All I can say is I received it the the seller decided in His or hers wisdom that I didn't need to know the tracking number so I didn't know when it was going to show up I did contact the seller To tell them the tracking number does not work so the communication to this seller sucks Vince
