  I received counterfeit items and requested a refund immediately, but got no response from the seller. Instead, they asked me to "please try It" and have refused to issue a refund or provide a return label. I've asked five times now, and they've continued to ignore me. I will be reporting this seller for selling counterfeit goods and for their unacceptable communication. Avoid this seller! See attached photos — the brand is clearly TFIT as advertised, but I received TFIJ instead. Avoid!!!!

  sent the completely wrong colour. very disappointing as of course it took so long to get here, so i wont be returning. the price was good and the seller did communicate well when i had an issue and they gave a partial refund but im still out of pocket and the ink is in the bin, it's no good to me. very sad :(
