  I was so excited to acquire this beloved piece of Christmas ball. It arrived with a broken spout which was so disappointing. However, this was surprising as the item was carefully and completely wrapped in bubble wrap with other protective layers in the box. It is baffling, really. The seller responded to my message promptly and partially refunded the item. I would order from this seller again as the communication, timeliness, and care were all stellar. This was just an unfortunate tragedy

  My order got messed up in the mail because of no fault of this seller. When I contacted this seller he timely responded, took swift action, and fixed the problem with the mailing. It's rare in this day and age to find a seller who is willing to go above and beyond to make sure their buyers are 100% happy. I've been buying on eBay for years and I can genuinely say this is one of the best sellers I have ever done business with. I will definitely order from Zax again.

  The painting arrived today via UPS. Although it was well packaged with bubble wrap and peanuts, the frame came apart. The seller kindly offered to refund my money and pay for return shipping, but I opted to keep it. It’s a wonderful original painting, which I cherish, so I immediately took it to be reframed. Fortunately, there was no damage to the painting.
