  I was so excited to acquire this beloved piece of Christmas ball. It arrived with a broken spout which was so disappointing. However, this was surprising as the item was carefully and completely wrapped in bubble wrap with other protective layers in the box. It is baffling, really. The seller responded to my message promptly and partially refunded the item. I would order from this seller again as the communication, timeliness, and care were all stellar. This was just an unfortunate tragedy
