  I needed another camera for my LaView home security system and ordered this one. It arrived promptly, but it wouldn't connect with my NVR. I contacted the seller, and he tried to help me resolve the problem. When that failed, he generously offered me a full refund and told me to keep it, even though I had already printed a return label. Bad camera but great seller!

  The only disappointment was lack of AC adapter of which was clearly stated in the auction, my bad for not reading it all. But the Laptop arrived, packed extremely well in bubble wrap, there was NO WAY anything could damage it. I will, without any reservations, do business with this seller again.
