  It took quite a long time for the repairs and the communications seemed a bit "stand-off-ish" but they did a good job on the repair and it's great to have my Marantz 3250 back in working order. An itemized invoice was provided but if any parts were replaced they were not returned to me when the unit was sent back repaired. I'm just happy to have the unit in working order again. Thanks! I recommend the seller state that the repair time can be substantial if repair is expected exceed 30 days.

  I was quite hopeful of this service and it did help my Walkman quite a bit, but the biggest issue was communication. - I was not informed at any point that my door wasn’t repairable and didn’t know until receiving it back after months - I was told that they had to mark it shipped back early, did not follow up to my question on it, did not send a follow up shipping, and it surprise showed up later on In all, the Walkman sound much better, communication was simply awful for a seller

  To follow up even further, the walkman was actually made nearly unusable, not fixed. Within the first tape it began sticking and unable to play/rewind/ff the tapes I have. The noise is scrambled and doesn't actually play, almost like radio warping and nothing else. After all this I now have a newly broken TPS-L2 that previously did work, and would not recommend this service unless you'd take that risk.

  I'm very sorry you're disappointed. I tested the Walkman with several tapes before shipping, and it was working well. As noted in the invoice, there might be slight wow and flutter due to the motor's age, but not to this degree. The previous repair with 3D printed parts made my work very difficult and prevents me from fixing the door. I can take another look to see what's going on, as it was fully functional when I shipped it. I apologize for the trouble.

  I sent in my cassette player for repair. The listing said “feel free to ask questions,” but none of mine were answered until six weeks later. Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. When the player was finally returned, it still had the same issue as before. No partial or full refund was offered. I was told to send it back again, but when I asked the best way to return it, I received no response for over a week. Very disappointed with the entire experience.
