    Item was as described and packaged very securely. Seller showed excellent communication and was very responsive. When a shipping error caused the package to be returned to the sender, seller re-shipped it to me at no cost. Unfortunately, the additional travel caused some of the items in the shipment to get damaged. When I contacted the seller, I received an immediate response and a partial refund. Overall I was very happy with my experience and would definitely buy from this seller again. A+!

    Item arrived on time and was in good condition, wrapped very securely. This was a new game but the cards were missing. When I messaged the seller they immediately started the return and I was refunded the payment. I appreciated the ease of all of it and would purchase from this seller again.

    Item arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was almost too good, took me a few minutes to slice through everything. But it was packaged very well, made sure there was no damages. Shipping was super fast, I didn't realize the seller was in the same state as me so that worked out nicely. Item was exactly as described, price was great. Very happy with my purchase!

    Shipping to Germany takes about 2 weeks. the item is as described. I have ordered many times from the USA, but this was the best packaging so far! very very well padded and very well packaged! Everything arrived safely. I am very grateful! This Furby will be added to my collection.
