  I did not receive this pendant because it got lost in the mail. zaibjewelry did a great job in communication to me regarding the pendant. I m so happy with their excellent service I purchased another pretty pendant from them.   My earrings arrived earlier than expected, they were well packed so items inside were pristine. They are just what I wanted!!! The quality and value surpassed other items purchased online. And OMG at the sparkle!!! Definitely good people to purchase from.

  When I didn't receive this necklace within the given time frame I contacted seller who immediately answered me saying it was lost in shipment and refunded my money. Very impressed with seller's honesty and professionalism!

  Very sadly, the ring got lost in the post. However, the communication from the seller was excellent and I had absolutely no problem in obtaining a refund. I would have no hesitation in buying jewellery from this seller again as the items are good value for money and very attractive.
