First off, it arrived 4 days early, second, it was packaged perfectly and the boxes were in prestine condition when they arrived. Sucha great value for the quality of this sectional. It was easy to put together and it looks beautiful.

The chairs I purchased arrived in a completely destroyed box and were missing the hardware (screwed and washers) to even put the chairs together. I ended up having to purchase screws and washers on amazing for a total of $24 but the seller only refunded me 12. Also, one of the chairs I received was badly dented and scratched but the listing was for new chairs.

The important thing is that the seller was so responsive and emailed me the pdf asap. The drop box itself is a sturdy and secure metal structure, and I can now leave the house without worrying about people stealing things off the porch. as a separate aside: why do they insist on leaving my packages in the center of the front porch when I have bushes to either side that would obscure the delivery?

They never tried, I was home and cameras outside of the house didn't pick them up on the property. Please choose a better shipping service for your customers
