I have received no tracking information. The estimated arrival date is Jan 23,2025 at the latest. You claim the item was shipped and returned to sender for damage but you have yet to supply a tracking number for the new product shipped. You offered a $20.00 discount but I have not seen a $20.00 refund. It takes you days to respond. Will I be getting my product or a full refund?
