  I paid a high resale price for this item, but it arrived with stains and defects that were not disclosed in the photos. I have tried to contact you multiple times, but you have completely ignored me. I have been using eBay for many years, and this is the worst case of no response I have ever encountered. You must disclose any damage or stains beforehand. Ignoring messages is unacceptable. Respond immediately or I will be forced to take further action.
