Just lie and lie, I knew the item has been discontinued and they are still running with the lie that they shipped it ( they did not ) and its now lost even though tracking show no movement. Why lie? just explain what happened ( you sold something you do not have ) still no refund and just lie and lie. SAD-BEWARE of this seller
