  As described, packed properly reasonable base cost and shipping. Unfortunately, the original purchase was lost by the post office (not the seller's fault in any way). After we figured out what had happened and that it was not likely to be found, the seller found and sent me a second one, without charge and without having to be asked to do it. Great service, great communication great recovery from what could have been a disappointing experience. A+++++!
