  Fast postage but just to tell you next time i order send it by royal mail EVRI is very irresponsible i live in a building on the fourth floor the package was just left on the ground floor of the building on a public areas i lost several package already they take pictures not on my front door address and i can’t claim in ebay so i just lost money i don’t mind to pay the difference because evry is cheaper than royal mail

  Received the item swiftly and well packaged. Oddly though, I purchased the “refill only” item but received the plug-in as well as the refill set.

  Listing photo is of an older version of the packaging, but this is the same stuff. Box was crushed in transit (bubble wrap does ot protect againt crushing) but contents fine. Terrible delivery service, with misleading progress updates and then an unnecessary evening drop-off, no ring of the bell or knock at the door, package left on view in the open. So great product, fresh stock, unlucky choice of parcel service. Overall, thank you!
