  I never received the Fresh Step Extreme Scented Litter with the Power of Febreze Clumping Cat Litter, 38 lbs. I was given a refund by the seller. The seller didn't want me to have to wait so they chose to issue me a refund and sorry for the inconvenience and said that they will give me a 5% discount on my next purchase. Very polite and respectful seller. FedEx didn't deliver the Cat Litter to my home. I don't know where it went. This is the second time this has happened with FedEx.

  Quality is good. The only negative thing is that the pkg was left at the front door of my business which has been closed due to the tornado that came through the area. No power. Anyone could have picked the package up.

  I made the order and never received a tracking number after the status changed to shipped. I was a bit frustrated later to received a message at the time of the estimated delivery saying my package was stolen and they will give me a refund. I then sent a message stating I wanted the product instead. But I would accept the refund. I guess I can say that after the time passed the refund was fast. Then, I started to seek out the product from someone else.
