  I never received the Fresh Step Extreme Scented Litter with the Power of Febreze Clumping Cat Litter, 38 lbs. I was given a refund by the seller. The seller didn't want me to have to wait so they chose to issue me a refund and sorry for the inconvenience and said that they will give me a 5% discount on my next purchase. Very polite and respectful seller. FedEx didn't deliver the Cat Litter to my home. I don't know where it went. This is the second time this has happened with FedEx.

  Quality is good. The only negative thing is that the pkg was left at the front door of my business which has been closed due to the tornado that came through the area. No power. Anyone could have picked the package up.

  BEWARE SELKER LOWLIFE THEIR CROOK. Won't give ship #at first. Because she shipped in another in same town to another address. It was old worn banged up box. Shipped many times. It accidently left with me. I had already made return. But find out it's was never in my name or address.then selker gives usps shipping label for 35lb 3x2x3 size packages. Knowing full well it shipped fed ex and usps does pickup or even ship items this big. Total fraud. Tried make a %15 refund. But I never got mine.
