Makes sense because the original box had been opened but the product inside is new and everything including the instructions are there. Shipped promptly.

  Bought a Hot Wheels set at a thrift store and it was missing a couple parts. This was just what I needed and it was just as pictured and described. Now my grandsons can enjoy the track. A strangely shaped item was packed very well. Would gladly buy from this seller again.
