  I had a very good experience with the seller. Though my package was shipped timely, the Post Office somehow lost my package for over 5 weeks. The seller gave me options of a full refund or replacement. Fortunately, the package was found and finally delivered intact due to excellent packaging. The items are in excellent condition.   These are the most beautiful gowns I have ever seen. Made with care, they hang very nicely on the doll. This seller always carefully packs the items so they will arrive in great condition. I have no idea how the seller can produce them at such a value price, but I hope they keep doing it.
