The seller responded immediately when I let them know that the parcel had not been received and fortunately the wipers were undamaged, so although the delay was annoying I would still use this seller again - but please use a different courier :-)

The tin was a bit bashed at the bottom when it arrived but that's not down to the seller, the couriers must throw them around. Anyway, great seller, fast delivery and great price. I asked seller to secure the lid as Evri throw their parcels about. They taped it down and just as well, the lid was partially open. Cheers guys I will be ordering again.

Making it awkward to replace the lid. If this tin was in a shop - I’d have picked another. So not in perfect condition. In fairness. the seller offered me a refund. But for the value of the item, it would cost me more in time/ fuel to return it. Seemingly honest seller, so taking a reasonable view.
