The power supply adapter for my HP Pavilion All-in-One Model No. 27 - a127c arrived on time, perfectly, packaged and exactly as descibed. It was also in prestine condition and brand new as stated. The connection was solid. Unfortunately, it did not work. When I powered it on, it still beeped and advised: "ERROR: Unsupported adapter installed." I requested return/refund and my cc was credited back the full amount the next day. Outstanding service! Thank you, Seller.

Fast & packaged great- no issues! I didn't test unit, as it's a Christmas gift. I got confused or thought i did with the purchase options. I messaged seller. Seller responded promptly. I couldn't belive the value for what I received!. Seller was great to respond to message. Items were packagied well. I did also purchase warranty as my son went open until Christmas. Will buy again! I had a little trouble with item selection options - that may just be me.
