    Purchased an item about 2 and a half weeks ago and unfortunately USPS dropped the ball and had my item going back and forth through their facilities and everytime I would call they wouldn't give me any info. Seller was aware about the situation and stayed in close contact with me and today USPS returned the item to the seller. I was messaged by seller and the item is once again on its way to me via 2-Day FedEx.

    Item was in excellent condition. Price was great and included free shipping. Item had no scratches or damage I could see. Works perfectly. I had 1 question but every time I tried to contact seller, my message would not go through. Question was the item details stated it included a battery backup. I didn’t receive that nor did I understand what was meant by that. I would like seller to reach out and explain since there wasn’t a manual included.
