  Item came with an issue, which happens from time to time. Seller communication was very good, immediately providing multiple satisfactory options to amend the problem. I took the one to exchange for a new version for a slight increase in price. New item was perfect, and I'm very happy.   When I contacted the seller because it seemed like my scarf was stuck somewhere they immediately responded and suggested I contact the local post office which I did and the scarf was delivered shortly after that. It’s in perfect condition as well as the Hermes box and was very well packaged. Happy!

  La montre est en parfaite condition, bien emballée et envoi rapide. Un petit bémol, j'avais demandé si les deux maillons fournis avec la montre étaient suffisant pour mon tour de poignet. Le vendeur m'a répondu que non et m'a proposé 2 maillons supplémentaires pour être sur (+41 dollars). Finalement la montre était trop grande et j'ai dû retirer 2 maillons. Par ailleurs les maillons fournis n'étaient pas les bons et maintenant j'ai 4 maillons + 2 qui n'ont rien à voir avec la montre... Dommage.
