  The positive part was the seller contacted me immediately when the post office sent a notice saying what I ordered was lost in transit. As soon as he was informed he sent me a refund. Bad part about it was I couldn't get what I ordered. Great customer service though

  I can't speak of quality, condition, value or appearance. I never received my item. The seller is nice and responded quickly, but that doesn't help when you can't get what you ordered. A replacement was not offered just a refund. Don't think I'll buy from them again.

  Wrong product was sent. I ordered a mug with family of horses and was sent a believe mug with pine needles. Seller is stating if im not satisfied with my purchase to follow directions to return to get refund. no acceptance of fault or trying to send correct mug, no offer to correct their mistake. why should i have to ship something back at my cost for their mistake
