    Superb trader, very easy to deal with and they responded to any questions or requests very quickly. My PC was just as described and arrived quicker than expected. It was very well packed and is almost impossible to tell it is a refurb. Works perfectly. This trader has 100% positive feedback because they sell quality products and have excellent customer service. Will recommend them to my all friends.

    Really fast despatch, excellent communication and a pleasure to deal with The PC was perfectly packed and specified exactly as I had requested. It was in excellent condition. I had a minor issue connecting my old monitor, but that was because I was using the wrong cable. The seller explained that I needed one which was DP to VGA ( not VGA to VGA). Once a changed the cable it worked perfectly. Highly recommended seller. Thank you.

    I am delighted with this computer which fits my needs exactly. It is in good condition as described and works well. The seller is very efficient and helpful, sending the item very quickly. Pity he was let down by DPD completely failing (twice) to deliver at the specified time. I have to admit that this is unlike them! So a big thankyou to this seller. I am very satisfied and can recommend him highly.

    Great machine for the price. Super seller, fast delivery and 100% communication. You can't really tell this is a refurb, apart from one small mark on the back, but it's out of sight, so happy days.

    Delivery was on time. The seller is very fast in responding to queries. The outward appearance of the desktop PC is really good and it seems like it has been well prepared for resell. The packaging was exceptionally good, packed with more care than some new PCs I've had delivered.
