  The owner of this shop is very polite and helpful and seems like a good person. The doll I ordered was created quickly and the shipping wasn't as long as I was expecting. Her painting is perfect! She is stunning and so very lifelike. The only thing I would change for the future is that I think they should consider putting stuffing into the arms, legs, chest, and head. I had to try to take apart the doll in order to do it myself as she was flattened. I would still definitely buy again!
