  Product came exactly as described, brand new. The watch even still had the protective film on the band! The watch was shipped very carefully and from what I could tell all original documents and packaging were included. No scratches or blemishes could be found anywhere. Seller was also very communicative and the item arrived quickly. Price was very fair. Would recommend this seller!

  Item was new as described and shipped very well packaged. As some other reviews have described there is the chance of an atypical shipping process. I messaged the seller after the item did not ship on the 10th business day and was told the item was lost and he had to order a new one. This was concerning because it's an item that is no longer in production and would not have gotten attention had I not messaged them. After a few days the tracking updated and eventually arrived as described.

When the package arrived it was wrapped with care and everything was received in the condition that was described in the listing.   An excellent experience! The vintage console arrived much earlier than expected and was exactly as described and pictured. The seller was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. The packaging was outstanding, showing great care for preserving the item’s collectible value. While I haven’t fully tested the console yet, it powers on, and I’m confident it will work perfectly.   The item arrived quickly and in great packaging. The condition of the console is good - it is not as nice as it appeared in the photos and has two dead pixels on the display, though it is not too noticeable. Despite this, it works great and is a wonderful addition to my collection. It came fully complete as well. The seller is kind, communicative and kept me updated. I appreciate their hard work and would shop with them again ^^ Thank you very much for such a wonderful console!
