  Shipping label was placed directly on the retail packaging, absolutely no outer packaging or padding was used. Item was damaged in transit and has lost the majority of its value as an un-opened and clean condition OEM cartridge. An Ebay seller that claims to deal mostly in printing supplies should package their products better to preserve their value, so that sales arrive as described and not trashed during shipment handling.

  The seller responded quickly after I posted the negative feedback and also very quickly understood the problem and issued an immediate refund. No one can ask for better than that. They did not understand how something like this happened but once aware, did all the right things to make it right for me.
