  Product packaging had clearly been opened and the seal on the jar had clearly been removed. Contacted seller and the only response was return the item even though the seller is still advertising selling more of the same product. No option to replace the advertised “NEW”product with an unopened product. When asked if a new unopened product could be provided once returning the one received, the answer was no I can’t.

  Receive the product, outer packaging clearly tampered with protective seal on the actual jar of product had been removed. I could not trust that this product was safe so I did not use it. Seller immediately refunded purchase price. The seller communicated well and rectified the issue but I will still disappointed because I really wanted this product and thought I had found it at a great price. Sometimes too good to be true, is.
