  Item as described, no issues. Courier service worst ever tracking useless, no comms, item left at different address, no message saying it was delivered. late delivering sat in depot for two days. Undeniably a courier service that couldn't care less about the customers. The seller I have no problem with. Left in an open box at another location. My wife recognised the doorway. It was with two other packages that I delivered to a neighbour. woeful service.

  Super seller. One of the 2 cups arrived smashed to pieces ( obviously done during shipping). Item was bubble wrapped. I contacted the seller who replied and sent out a replacement immediately. Thank you.

  Listen, it's a great product, everything was packed well, included, it's good value item, came in a new box slightly chipped or dent, but after testing it appears everything worked fine. The only downside was postage time, took a week, usually items arrive within 2-3 days, Aramex is just someone I would never use if I was to post anything.
