  Overall my experience with this seller was good. I purchased 2 used pieces of cookware. The items were in decent condition, but didn't appear to be washed after their last use with really grossed me out. The Dutch oven has significant staining all around the outside which wasn't shown well in the photos. The seller agreed to a small discount for buying 2 pieces, which was nice, and the shipping costs were very reasonable given they combined the 2 pieces in one box. They refunded me some for it.

  Shipping was fast and the seller responded when I had a question. Overall the product arrived as described and was packaged well to avoid damage. There was a slight smell that I have been able to air out. I would buy from this seller again!

  Phenomenal seller! I knew going in this iPod would have some issues with the screen, and the seller reached out to me beforehand to make sure I was aware. The packaging was amazing, and the iPod came so securely wrapped I knew I’d purchased from the right place. 100/10! Would recommend!

  Seller discovered some damage to bottom of unit before shipping, informed me and sent a picture, and offered a partial refund. Item arrived packed well, working, and in the condition described. I appreciate the honesty and fair treatment. Happy with the product.

  One of the best experiences I've had buying through eBay. Firstly, I received the package in great condition. Everything was securely and carefully packaged. Unfortunately, the console was faulty (no fault on the seller) and I reached out to do a return but they offered to give me another console at no extra cost! The new console works perfectly and they graciously included a couple of games for the inconvenience. Best customer service, very reliable, very communicative. Thanks again!
