  Seller discovered some damage to bottom of unit before shipping, informed me and sent a picture, and offered a partial refund. Item arrived packed well, working, and in the condition described. I appreciate the honesty and fair treatment. Happy with the product.

  One of the best experiences I've had buying through eBay. Firstly, I received the package in great condition. Everything was securely and carefully packaged. Unfortunately, the console was faulty (no fault on the seller) and I reached out to do a return but they offered to give me another console at no extra cost! The new console works perfectly and they graciously included a couple of games for the inconvenience. Best customer service, very reliable, very communicative. Thanks again!

  I knew what I was buying, but the seller gave me the courtesey to remind me that I'm buying a non-functional ipod. I appreciated that so much. I still bought the item. The ipod came as described and in better cosmetic condidtion than what I thought. I am so impressed by the wrapping. That ipod was heavily packaged that I dont think that anything could have damaged it. Excellent price! Fast shipping! Thank you so much!
