The Tektronix Type 113 Delay Cable 'Suitcase' Unit is in very good used condition and was well protected during shipment as the unit weighs 60 pounds!   I saw that this item was sent usps. But of course, usps lost the package. This seller recognized that the package was not moving, contacted usps, found that it was probably lost. E mailed me and immediately refunded me my purchase. Found this seller to be a good communicator and on top of things. Thank you for that. Yes I would recommend this seller.
