Keep an eye on this seller. Tracking showed delivered, (to MY) address. When contacting seller, said it was delivered to wrong(?) address, & returned my $. Hmmm.

Now I understand why it says refunds not accepted or returns not accepted these things are junk I bought it last night and it was delivered today which is great but after I got it and examined it it's not worth $25 and that's exactly why it says returns not accepted they know they're selling junk for a high price

Perfect! Got it alot quicker than I thought I would!!! I know a manufacture thing, but it does seem silly the perch is sold separately from post ? & some sellers have post & some have perch? Regardless, my big cat loves snuggling in on the new perch! It was fair price & my favorite kinda shipping, FREE! LOL! Came just as described & incredibly easy to install! Good seller everything went smooth in this transaction! Happy I bought it!

This was a gift for my daughter. She received it directly, and really liked it. She reports that it arrived on time, safely packed, and in brand-new condition.
