    there was an error in shipping but when contacted the seller was quick to respond and came up with a solution that was fair and equitable for both parties.     It took over a month to get here, where as those I ordered from other online stores only took 10 days. 1 out of 3 pens has a broken cap top even b4 it was shipped because some broken pieces were not found inside the packaging. But is still worth it for the low price. I might have to modify the broken pen to become a special edition with a diamond or a MontBlanc top. Just look at the pictures.👻 Thank you seller!

    Excellent seller. I have purchased many timees from seller have and always been impressed by extra effort, the communication, and the exceptional value received. Shipping is very good. items are well packaged, and evrything is as described. The parcel arrived after a lengthy postal strike and was at risk of not being delivered. The seller put in the extra effort over and above to assist the shipper and ensure that the package made it to my door. I am very happy fully recommend this seller.
