  Sellers information about the product was good but product came unlabeled. Came in a box, but upon opening some of the filter cartons were crushed and slightly opened. Delivery time was reasonable and delivery cost was reasonable, but could have been slightly cheaper. Overall good experience and would re-buy and Recommend.

  Recieved packaged item that was nothing close to what I ordered. Waited 4 days for response from seller. Seller refunded and canceled order. I can not recommend this seller..

  You sent me a discounted offer on the hitch , which i accepted. Then you message me and say hitch is out of stock, and you refunded me. Then I get a tracking # for the order. Package received today with a single bolt in it. Not what I ordered. Needless to say, I am confused!

  This item cost less than $12. I got it on time. I'm a disable person with a Spinal Cord Injury. I contacted the seller to tell them the hole in the the middle isn't right. The threads are regular threads and my truck was listed as one of the right vehicles for this part. Unfortunately that hole is reverse thread on my truck so this part is useless for me. The seller offered a refund if I would return it at my cost making me pay for for nothing! NOT ACCEPTABLE! NO STARS!

  Sent wrong parts, not even for right item. Had to wait till items sent back , then refunded , without seeing if I still needed parts I paid for , so had to order from a decent vendor
