    Seller was quick to respond when inquired of availability and the item shipped once order was placed. The packaging is neat and the jacket was nicely folded too. Really love the quality, especially the text details sewn on the jacket. I’m glad I went with an XL instead of an XXL because I wanted to have this in a fitted look and it fits so well!

    Unreliable. Preordered an expensive item and was updated with tracking quickly even though I was aware they just do that because they have to and the item was nowhere near ready to be shipped out. Over a month later I am suddenly told it’s out of stock. Very frustrating as I was able to preorder the item through other means but I didn’t because it’s a lot of money and how was I to know they would over sell it? Refund took about a week after they claimed they refunded me. I would not recommend
