The seller deserves huge praise for their incredible support. They provided extra brushes and a 1-year warranty, which really exceeded my expectations. They were also quick to respond to my questions and incredibly helpful, (should be aware of time difference and holidays in China). A small tip: I've found that gradually pressing the portafilter down works best instead of pushing hard due to DC power.
