    Friendly, responsive and caring. Everything went as promised...it was a gift for my Brooklyn daughter and she was thrilled to get it. The Bushwick based USPS delivery person was a little slack and didn't deliver on the Day it was "out for delivery" saying "delivery attempted... business not open" which is a weird thing to say about a Brownstone Garden Apartment with a covered entrance. But it did arrive the next day.
