  The gun works fine, but the ad clearly states two line label gun and it’s a single line label gun. I contacted the seller who said sorry send it back no problem and when I asked if that meant, he would be sending the right one. He said no he would just issue a refund, that he must’ve done a typo. I needed a two line label gun and now I have to pay for shipping to send it back when I was shipped the wrong product.

  Thanks for your comment as you only showing how I responded to your concern immediately . I took ownership of my mix up and I immediately said INITIATE so I can refund you . I never said you had to pay for shipping but due to your unfamiliarity of the return policy you come straight to the feedback section to gave misinformation .
