I had issues with my local post office with this delivery and the seller was very quick to respond to my message checking all the details. The card was packaged professionally, which I appreciated a lot. I wish post offices were better at handling eBay packages - it creates a lot of extra admin and I commend this seller for being responsive and a good communicator.
