  Leather dad board cover that I ordered had not arrived. According to the tracking information it was was delivered to my home yesterday which is not the case. The item was not delivered to my home or the building in which I live. Evidently, the item was delivered to an incorrect address. Please advise as to how I can get the item ordered?

  Item was listed, I ordered it. Instead of letting me know that this item was out of stock / not available, the seller sent an email asking ONLY if they could substitute it for a different style. This wasted my time ordering a new one, shipping delay in getting the same product from a different seller, and his time emailing the question then waiting for my answer. Next time and for all sellers out there, stay on top of your inventory and update postings as such.

  Didn’t fit my X3, I contacted the seller for a full refund, they haven’t return my money. They want me to keep the item and to refund me a partial amount of money. Bad experience with this seller, I won’t recommend this seller to nobody.
