  The item arrived as described. However, it was not compatible with my service provider. It seems that the service provider changed what was acceptable. Nonetheless, the seller was very helpful in providing guidance to try to get the phone to work and when it didn't, they willingly accepted a return and covered the shipping cost. Great service!

  The post office eff'd up the delivery so I got the item a week later than I should have......and they blamed the reason for the delay on the seller claiming the wrong address was placed on the item which was a TOTAL LIE because the seller used the EXACT COMPLETE ADDRESS......Therefore this is an EGG🥚SELLENT seller who deserves 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. Not to mention the quality of the item aaaaaand the packaging........definitely will buy from in the future. 👍🏾

  I purchased the unlocked phone. He contacted me after 2 weeks, and said he didn't have the color. I said,Just send me any color. Later he would send me the phone that does not work {either broken or "locked" ] . After my complaint, He wanted photos...,So I sent photos. After more happy talk , he would offer $10 .. I said No. He now wants me to ship it back..I will just take the loss. PS , My daughter would get her first phone elsewhere a month later.

  Item was the wrong color. Due to upcoming tariffs, they were not able to send the correct color. They did provide a partial refund. Excellent communication

  Seller did not have the color I ordered, but contacted me and allowed me to pick another color. The phone arrived before the expected date and had no visible scratches or imperfections and works as it should. Very satisfied with phone and buying the buying process.
