  I purchase a fingerprint module from the seller the item came defective I told the seller and I showed him it wasn't working they was not trying to send a replacement and I offered to send the old one back because I didn't have any use for it at all due to it was no good The seller was not trying to reimburse me neither I had to ask eBay step in because the seller was trying to have me sell the defective item on eBay and only give me partial of my money back and the seller know it was no good

  I had a positive experience from seller, shipping was fast, received in about a week and a half, new product. The only issue is that it didn't fit my 2001 mercedes benz s430 didn't lock correctly

  Avoid, sent wrong item, would not take accountability, blamed it on carrier . waited over 2 weeks for return label said they guy was on vacation who sells them. Then had to wait more for refund. harassed about feedback, Emailed the same copy and paste message weekly for over a month, Direct quote : I am a new employee and I will be punished by my boss for this negative review. I may lose this job as a result . STAY AWAY, AVOID. When you screw up, just own it, things like this will be avoided.
