  Item got lost in transit, seller contacted me numerous times to see if I had received the item without me messaging them 1 at the last message the other day I told them I still hadn't received the item they immediately messaged me with the response they were going to ship me another one, when I got home from work that night the item had arrived. I messaged them and told them I had received it . As far as the product I haven't used it don't know if it works or not but the seller definitely wants

  I ordered two sets of three (one set for a friend) and was impressed with the care taken in packaging them and with the speed of delivery. The parcel arrived nearly a month before the ETD, and given the problems with overseas orders these days, I was impressed! I think these reviews concern the seller, not the product manufacturer. I will warn future buyers, though, that this is a cute addition to bathroom decor. It isn't sturdy/stable enough to be a usable toilet paper holder.
